On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and very juicy with spicy mulberry flavors. There are also black licorice notes as well. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins linger for a little while. This is a friendly enough Syrah to pair with a pork tenderloin. Present on the nose of this savory syrah are layers of blackberry, plum, anise, sage and tobacco leaf.
