Wine Review: This dark yellow colored Albarino opens with a mild lemon-lime like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is a tart citric combination of tangerine, lime and lemon with hints of yellow grapefruit and green tea. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. This Albarino does open up and settle down with some aeration. Swirl it in your glass and serve it with oven-roasted sea bass with ginger and lime sauce. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Containing enticing aromas of freshly cut pineapple, sour apple, lemon and pear, the 2012 Fillaboa is bright citrine in appearance with well-balanced flavors and brilliant acidity that enhances its freshness and complexity. Juicy and voluminous with great structure, this wine culminates in a long-lasting finish.
