Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling from Fitz Ritter opens with a faint pineapple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tart green apple with hints of ginger, minerality and pineapple. The finish is a pleasant sweetness that lingers for quite some time. This is a very good drinking Riesling. I would serve it as an aperitif. Enjoy - Ken
