Wine Review: This Pinot was my favorite wine from the Flowers collection that I recently covered. It is slightly opaque and dark red colored. It opens with an inviting mild red raspberry and strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, very nicely balanced, and elegant. The flavor profile is a gentle plum with notes of very mild red raspberry. I also detected a nuance of oak, boysenberry, and black pepper. The finish is dry and very refreshing. It also drifts away nicely. This elegant Pinot would be perfect with fresh Norwegian sliced salmon. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Deep vibrant red color. Delicate floral notes of rose petal and bergamot combine with hints of forest floor, earth and ripe cherry. Flavors emerge with raspberry, red current and dried cherry with hints of graphite and other minerals. The wine’s texture is elegant and smooth across the palate with an enduring finish.
