Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a light passion fruit like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and a little crisp. The flavor profile is a cross between green apple and lemon. There is a touch of minerality as well. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. This wine would pair nicely with ham. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The Musque clone produces a Sauvignon Blanc reminiscent of a fine white Graves. This wine is crisp and clean with bright acidity and notes of kiwi, honeydew melon, and ocean brine. It is an excellent wine for pairing with cheese.
