On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and a little crisp. The flavor profile is a cross between green apple and lemon. There is a touch of minerality as well. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. This wine would pair nicely with ham. Enjoy - Ken Winemaker Notes: The Musque clone produces a Sauvignon Blanc reminiscent of a fine white Graves. This wine is crisp and clean with bright acidity and notes of kiwi, honeydew melon, and ocean brine. It is an excellent wine for pairing with cheese. Organic status: not organic
