Wine Review: This cloudy red colored Pinot Noir opens with a faint cherry cordial bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very nicely bodied, and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty mild red plum and faint oak blend with hints of chocolate, cherry and blueberry. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. Our mini-group thought this Pinot would pair well with lamb kabobs. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: This luscious yet balanced wine is a stand-out from the 2016 vintage. Ripened longer on the vine than our other releases, it's aged in a portion of heavy toast French oak. Great for a stand-alone glass of wine after a long day at the office, or for pairing with more robust dishes.
