The wine is almost clear in color and opens with an attractive light lime and pear like bouquet with a touch of spice noted as well. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and zippy with tasty tangy lime flavors. The finish is dry and subtle. The panel felt this wine would pair well with seared scallops over a bed of sautéed brussels sprouts and shallots. Enjoy – KWGTP Winemaker Notes: This vibrant Sauvignon Blanc opens up with aromas of blood orange and white flowers. Underlying hints of Kaffir lime leaves and sweet peppermint leaves are also present. This fresh and crisp wine offers flavors of ruby red grapefruit, nectarine, with a mineral note on the finish.
