On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and citrusy. The flavors are a tasty light lemon and green apple. The finish is dry and very refreshing. Our mini group thought this would pair well with ham or cashew chicken. Enjoy - Ken Winemaker Notes: Aromas of white peach, grapefruit, sweet pea flowers and fresh sugar snap peas explode from the glass. Flavors of Meyer lemon custard, citrus fruits, and grapefruit are present on the palate, finishing with bright acidity. Organic status: not organic
