Wine Review: This almost clear colored Napa Sauvignon Blanc is pretty impressive. It opens with a fragrant grapefruit bouquet with a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic, lively, and crisp. The flavor profile is a tasty mild yellow grapefruit with hints of minerality, green apple, and lemon verbena. The finish is rather dry and its acidity lingers for quite a while. This Sauvignon Blanc would pair well with grilled scallops smothered with an orange cream sauce. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Hues of pale yellow-green hint at the aromas of grapefruit, guava, ripe melon, lemongrass and orange blossom. The wine has a full mid-palate: crisp with a balance between the grass notes and tropical flavors. Full of varietal purity with a remarkable natural acidity, the wine closes with a long, lemon-rind finish.
