Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc from Galerie opens with a delicate grapefruit bouquet with a hint of lemon, lychee and grass. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild grapefruit with notes of lemon-lime and gentle minerality. There was also a touch of clover honey towards the end. The finish is dry and lingers for a while. The Panel suggested pairing this very good Sauvignon Blanc with chicken piccata. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Pale yellow, the 2015 Equitem shows notes of grapefruit, lime, ripe pineapple and wet grass. Very complex with nuances of minerality. Beautiful and bright, presenting a fresh palate
