On the palate, this medium bodied wine is balanced and displays a dry mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a mineral infused light lemon with a touch of spice and candied apple. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. The panel would pair this sparkler with stemmed mussels in a garlic broth. Enjoy - KWGTP Winemaker Notes: Exhilarating aromas of Asian pear, lemon blossom, star fruit and brioche flood from the 2004 Blanc de Blancs. On the palate one finds a broad range of flavors – juicy pear, tangerine, and white chocolate – which expand through a creamy texture and firm framework.
