Wine Review: This slightly pink sparkler opens with a pear and red apple like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied offering shows some crisp acidity with some effervescence. The flavor profile is a mineral infused strawberry with notes of green apples. The finish is dry, tingly, and its acidity lingers. The panel would pair this wine with chocolate. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This wine has bright strawberry and black cherry aromas with subtle vanilla highlights. Creamy cherry, lemon and cola flavors combine with a lush palate, small, lively bubbles and a persistent finish. You will find the Blanc de Noirs outstanding with crab,Thai cuisine, roast pork, quail, & semi-sweet desserts.

Organic status: not organic
