Wine Review: This pale straw colored Champagne displays lots of medium sized bubbles. It opens with a light lemon, toasted almond and bread dough bouquet with a hint of melon. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a pleasant mild lime with notes of minerality, lemon and a touch of sourdough and grapefruit. The finish is dry and nicely extended. The Panel suggested enjoying this Champagne with baked stuff shrimp or a seafood casserole. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Straw-gold, bright and clear in appearance. A lovely bead in the glass forms a cortege of regular, delicate bubbles. On the nose, the Champagne offers magnificent, vivacious character. Citrus fruit aromas are followed by a cavalcade of floral bouquets, elderberry and vine blossom. Delicious brioche notes and the simplicity of lightly toasted bread and roasted almonds. Well-balanced and harmonious on the palate, summoning flavors of brioche, together with crunchy cherries and the sun-kissed blush of white peach. Clean on the finish, with all the freshness of just-picked walnuts.
