Wine Review: This pale straw colored Riesling from the Finger Lakes opens with lemon verbena bouquet with a hint of ginger. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a gentle lemon and mild tangerine blend with nicely integrated minerality and a touch of ginger. The finish is off-dry and fades away nicely. This Riesling goes down easy and would be a very nice holiday party white to be served with spring rolls. Enjoy - Ken
