Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Merlot opens with a mild black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, and juicy. The flavor profile is an oak infused black cherry with a touch of black pepper. The finish is dry and subtle. This is a very tasty and easy to drink everyday red. It would pair perfectly with a grilled Angus burger smothered with sautéed mushrooms. Enjoy - Ken
