Wine Review: The pale straw colored Pinot Gris from Australia opens with mild green apple bouquet with a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a gentle mild mineral infused Bosc pear. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This wine would pair well with broiled scallops drizzled with an orange cream sauce. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The nose reveals notes of honeysuckle, ginger, cardamom and grapefruit pith. The palate is lively, crisp and fresh like biting into a fresh green apple. Its pinky-grey skins produce a crunchy, crisp and textural wine, which adores fish, spicy food, and fresh or semi-hard Goats cheese.
