Wine Review: This light yellow colored Sparkler displays lots of medium sized streaming bubbles. It opens with a yeasty, lemon like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, acidic and zesty. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced lemon and apple blend with notes dough and a hint of pineapple. The finish is dry and its acidity and flavors show nice length. This Sparkler would pair well with mini quiche Lorraine appetizers. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The inaugural release of our vibrant and approachable California Cuvee opens with a pop of tart pineapple and orange blossom on the wonderfully aromatic nose. The palate is lively and rich with layered notes of Asian pear and honeysuckle, overlaying hints of fresh mandarin peel and marzipan before a zesty, focused finish.
