Wine Review: This tasty orangish colored sparkler from J opens with a wet stone and light dough like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and nicely balanced between its acidity and fruit. The flavor profile is a tasty mild Clementine with notes of mineralty and apricot on the back palate. The finish is dry, very refreshing, and pleasant. It was a crowd pleaser with our group on New Year Eve. It paired well with shrimp cocktail. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: This J Brut Rose sparkles with a luminous cool pink hue and exudes delicate aromas of strawberry, nectarine and juicy red apples. On the palate, the wine opens with flavors of cherry, blood orange, citrus peel and tropical star fruit that are underlined by a bright acidity that keeps the overall impression delightfully fresh. The wine engages the entire palate with balance, wrapped in a refined body of elegance and effervescence, ending with a lively and lingering finish.
