Wine Review: This pale pink colored wine from Coteaux d’Aix en Provence is very nice. It opens with a wet stone and tangerine bouquet with a hint of strawberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, soft and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused watermelon and lime with a hint of tangerine. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This Rose is food friendly. Serve it cool, not cold with steamed mussels. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Medium pink. Aromas of redcurrants and raspberries with fresh herbs from the area such as rosemary, thyme, fennel and pine. Dry, elegant style with a fine structure and crisp acidity. Pair with fish, poultry, and vegetarian fare.
