On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, smooth and soft. The flavor profile is a gentle blueberry and black currant blend with a touch of oak. The finish is dry and its dusty tannins are slightly extended. The panel suggested pairing this Shiraz with a veal marsala.
