Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark ruby colored wine opens with black raspberry and balsamic dressing like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a mild plum with hints of balsamic, minerality, mild oak, black licorice and black currant. The finish is dry and its flavors and moderate tannins stick around for a little bit. This wine would pair very nicely with a thick Angus burger smothered with saut
