Wine Review: This bright yellow dessert wine opens with a mild lemon and iced tea bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, viscous, and quite sweet. The flavor profile continues to be lemon iced tea with a hint of apricot. The finish remains sweet and lingers for quite a while. Pair this tasty dessert wine with a big slice of lemon meringue pie. Enjoy- Ken

Winemaker Notes: The 2009 Eisrebe has delicate aromas of apricot, citrus blossom, honey, and creme caramel followed by a rich and unctuous texture integrated with well balanced, bright acidity and a persistent finish.
