Wine Review: This watermelon red colored wine opens with a fragrant red cherry and wet stone bouquet with a hint of lime and tangerine. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused strawberry and watermelon blend with notes faint red cherry and red raspberry in the background. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Rose would pair nicely with chicken lo-mein. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The 2016 "Kelby James Russell" Dry Rose was made to be a fun and crisp wine, ready for immediate enjoyment with food and friends this summer. Pink grapefruit and rainier cherry aromas burst from the glass over herbal undertones. Following on from the aromas directly, the mid-palate is filled with watermelon and grapefruit flavors with a rocky minerality underneath.
