Wine Review: This Excellent deep yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a very attractive and fragrant cantaloupe bouquet with notes of oak. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, extremely balanced, and rich. The flavor profile is a delicious lush and ripe Bartlett Pear. There are gentle notes of integrate oak a touch of butterscotch as well. This finish is dry and very fulfilling. This Chard is practically a meal and would serve you well on its own. With food, we would love it with lobster bisque. There is only a small amount of this wine made this year, so seek out a bottle or two. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Tropical flavors – pineapple, mango and papaya with a creamy, lush, rich palate. Notes of cinnamon, candied lime and vanilla creme brulee create an appealing and lingering sensation.
