Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay from Kendal Jackson opens with a unique and attractive papaya and mild pineapple bouquet with a hint of pear. On the palate, is full bodied, shows nice acidity, graceful and wonderful mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a very tasty Bosc pear with hints of pineapple, apple, gentle oak and a dash of white pepper. The finish is dry and it drifts away nicely. This Chard is very food friendly and would pair perfectly with Chicken St. Timothy. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Pineapple, mango and papaya with a creamy, lush, rich palate. Notes of cinnamon, candied lime and vanilla creme brulee create an appealing and lingering finish.
