Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Cab opens with a cherry vanilla like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and very big. The flavor profile is a tasty red raspberry with a touch of spice. On the finish this wine’s tannins build up to an enormous level and then they go on for several minutes. Buy this wine now and cellar it for two + years. For now pull out your 2005 Hawkeye and enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Deep black cherry and cassis flavor with concentrated mineral and terroirial tones. Well extracted, elegantly muscular, with chewy, soft tannins.
