Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chard from KJ recently won our blind tasting and beat out several big names in the Chard world. This wine opens with a very attractive light Macintosh apple like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, and shows good acidity. The flavor profile is an elegant green apple and light lemon. There were also notes of butter detected by the panel members. The finish is dry and subtle. The panel felt this very food friendly Chard would pair perfectly with halibut or lobster. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: "Elegant and tropical with hints of lemon oil essence, key lime and yellow grapefruit. Notes of ripe pineapple and mango can be found throughout this exquisitely balanced Chardonnay.
