Wine Review: This yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a fragrant pear bouquet with a hint of lemon and apple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and slightly creamy. The flavor profile is an oak influenced apple with notes of pear. The finish is dry and pleasant. This Very Good Chardonnay would pair well with chicken penne, broccoli smothered in a white cream sauce. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This release shows vivid tropical aromas of pineapple, lemon zest and apricot. Bright acidity and lush citrus provide the backdrop for juicy tropical flavors, while fresh, clean mineral notes punctuate the finish.
