Wine Review: This coral colored wine made from Pinot Noir grapes opens with a musty strawberry and mild orange bouquet. A quick swirl helps dissipate the must. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused gentle strawberry with hints of watermelon and a touch Maraschino cherry. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Rose would be perfect to quaff on a hot summer day. I would pair it with ice cold shrimp cocktail. Enjoy – Ken
