Wine Review: This dark reddish brown Brunello is drinking really well right now. This wine opens with a fragrant red cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very well balanced, and elegant. The flavor profile is a delicious red cherry with hints of mild oak and a touch of red raspberry. The finish is dry and its mild tannins linger slightly. As I mentioned, this wine is ready to be consumed soon and it would pair perfectly with a filet mignon over the next year. Enjoy - Ken
