It opens with a spicy pear and light oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is a light oak infused Bartlett pear with hints of butter. The finish is dry and pleasant. Pair this Chard with fresh made chicken and wild mushroom ravioli with a light cream sauce.
