Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Rhone blend opens with a black cherry and tobacco like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is a smoky and spicy black cherry with a hint of black raspberry. The finish is rather dry and its dusty tannins linger for quite sometime. I would pair this wine with a pepper encrusted steak. Enjoy – Ken
