It is quite charming. It opens with an attractive light lime like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and fresh with light acidity. The flavor profile is a delicate lemon lime with pleasantly infused minerality. The finish is dry and very refreshing. Pair this tasty wine with trout or linguine with clam sauce. Enjoy – Ken Winemaker Notes: Aromas of ripe apples and a typical Veltliner spiciness marry to create a fascinating fruit bouquet.
