Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay from down under opens with a green apple bouquet with hints of oak and coconut. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, crisp and lively. The flavor profile is a ripe lemon with hints of oak, tangerine, and some infused minerality. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Chard would pair well with chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Aromas of white peach, poached pear, roasted cashews and brioche characters. The palate is medium to full bodied with wonderful intensity of flavor, following on from the aromas with ripe pear skin, custard tart and stone fruit. Great mid-palate creaminess giving way to a focused finish of crisp acidity yet lingering flavors of ginger, pear and savory nuttiness.
