Wine Review: This warm weather Pinot Gris is an almost clear to pale straw colored wine. Its bouquet is a red delicious apple, pear and slate bouquet with warm floral notes. On the palate, it is dry, medium bodied and round, with crisp acidity. Flavors of grapefruit, golden apple and ripe pear with integrated minerality. The finish is dry and it fades away nicely. Enjoy with some garlic steamed mussels. - Mark
