Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir opens with a ripe strawberry bouquet with notes of cola. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and a bit thin. The flavor profile is plum with notes of minerality and cola. I also detected hints of teaberry. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This Pinot would pair well with veal medallions.
