Wine Review: This light yellow colored Riesling from the Pfalz region in Germany opens with a mild apricot and floral bouquet with a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, displays gentle acidity, and is juicy. The flavor profile is a mild grapefruit with infused minerality and a hint of tangerine and nectarine. The finish is semi-dry and its flavors linger nicely. The panel suggested pairing this nice Riesling with steamed mussels or seared scallops. Enjoy - KWGTP
