Wine Review: A pale straw color. The Mas Fi Brut Nature has a bouquet of Granny Smith apples, hints of custard with a caramelized sugar coating. This Cava is very dry, but the weight is there to even it out and balance it. The Granny Smith apple continues to be a pronounced flavor on the palate alongside notes of Asian pear, white flower petals, and hints of petrol. The finish goes on for over one minute. This is a particularly good Cava and should be paired with cool water oysters. - Nicolay

Winemaker Notes: Mi Fi Brut Cava Nature Reserva is an elegant and balanced sparkling wine. Undergoing second fermentation in the bottle, it is aged for 18 months providing its fine bubbles and structured palate. With no sugar (dosage) added, the wine is dry and elegant with complex notes of white flowers, citrus and bread on the nose and fresh stone fruits and pleasant, creamy flavors in the palate. It's perfect for your next celebration, as an aperitif or with a wide array of cuisines. Serve at 42°-46°F.
