Wine Review: This pitch black colored red blend opens with a mild oak and black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, smooth and coats the mouth. The flavors profile is black cherry and old oak with hints of minerality and black licorice. The finish is dry and its tannins are sticky and linger for quite a while. I would suggest pairing this wine with Theresa's meatloaf. Enjoy – Ken
