Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Montepulciano opens with a fragrant black cherry and oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and savory. The flavor profile is gentle cedar influenced mild black cherry with notes of black raspberry in the background. The finish is very dry and its moderate dusty tannins linger and last for quite some time. I would pair this wine with an Italian beef braciole. Enjoy - Ken
