On the palate, this wine is full bodied, well balanced, smooth, and elegant. The flavor profile is a very tasty black cherry with notes of spice and blueberry. The finish is dry and its very refined tannins are tingly and rather lengthy. This wine would pair nicely with a filet mignon over the next couple of years.
