Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay opens a mild pear bouquet with a hint of honey. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and savory. The flavor profile is Bosc pear with hints of oak and ginger. The finish is dry and its flavors linger slightly. This Chard would pair well with a seafood casserole. Enjoy – Ken
