Wine Review: This very opaque purple colored Cab opens with a fragrant black currant like bouquet with a hint of licorice. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced with spicy black cherry flavors. This is a very easy to drink cab that displays gentle acidity. The finish is dry and its mild tannins linger slightly. Serve this very good everyday cab with a pulled pork sandwich. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our 2006 Starmont Cabernet Sauvignon shows enticing aromas of black cherry, cassis, raspberry, vanilla and cedar. The mouthfeel is dense and focused with a long finish.
