Wine Review: This pale straw colored sparkler opens with a mild pear and gentle apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, sweet and fresh. The flavor profile is red apple with hints of mild minerality with touch of pear and lemon. The finish is semi-sweet and its flavors linger for quite a while. I would pair this wine with grilled sea scallops. Enjoy - Ken
