Wine Review: This opaque and midnight purple colored Shiraz from Mollydooker is impressive. It opens with fragrant boysenberry and blackberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, smooth and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a very tasty blackberry and fine mineral blend with notes of clove and hint of oak. The finish is dry and its refined mild tannins drift away nicely. This Shiraz is very food friendly and ready to go. I would pair it with a filet mignon. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Blue Eyed Boy Shiraz has an incredibly lifted nose. Aromas of ripe blackberry, dark cherry and mocha greet you, followed by rich black licorice and vanilla pod notes. The careful use of American oak hums seamlessly in the background and finishes with a beautiful creamy mouthfeel.
