Wine Review: This Aaron Pott made wine is fantastic. It is opaque and dark ruby colored. It opens with a very attractive blueberry bouquet with a hint of thyme. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, extremely well balanced, rich and impressive. The flavor profile is a delicious gentle blueberry with notes of nicely integrated oak with hints of gentle black cherry. The finish is dry and its moderate fine tannins are extremely lengthy. This wine is outstanding! It will not last long. To be released in April. So get in line now and share it with someone special over a dinner featuring a filet mignon. Enjoy – Ken
