Wine Review: This ruby red Zinfandel has a complex nose of cherry, raspberry, forest, smoke and chocolate. It is medium+ bodied, smooth and balanced. While a bit thin for a Zin it has nice ripe fruit flavors of cherry and plum with a hint of chocolate. There are some nice soft tannins in the lingering finish with cherry notes. Enjoy some grilled bratwursts with this one. – Mark

Winemaker Notes: Dark and complex, our Zinfandel explodes with bright racy fruit aromas of plum, cranberry and marionberry. Beyond the fruit are notes of soft leather. The palate reveals flavors of chocolate covered raspberries with a hint of spice. Traditional Pairings: Meatloaf, BBQ ribs, pulled pork sandwiches, mole pork or spaghetti with meatballs.
