On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a tasty black raspberry with notes of strawberry licorice. The finish is dry and its building mild tannins are slightly prolonged. This food friendly Cab is easy to drink and would pair well with barbecue beef brisket.
