Wine Review: This very dark purple colored Cabernet opens with a cranberry and black currant bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a tasty black raspberry with notes of strawberry licorice. The finish is dry and its building mild tannins are slightly prolonged. This food friendly Cab is easy to drink and would pair well with barbecue beef brisket. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our 2006 vintage celebrates the unique attributes of fruit harvested from Stagecoach Vineyard. Deep garnet in color, our medium to full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon has beautifully integrated flavors of wild blackberries, currants, and ripe plums with hints of bittersweet chocolate. Finely knit tannins lead to a long, rewarding finish.
