Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Muscat Blanc was a hit at our dinner party over the weekend. It opens with a heavenly aromatic orange and lychee like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and shows very pleasant acidity. The flavor profile is a terrific and very tasty blend of ripe apricot and lime. The finish is dry and rather refreshing. This wine paired well with Fred’s chicken, lemon and olive stew with saffron couscous. Another option would be the five fruit chicken from Savory Lane. Enjoy – Ken
